How To Make Six Packs At Home?

1. CARDIO


Cardio is called an aerobic exercise this exercise is any type of exercise which increases your Heart rate.

Doing cardio everyday will definitely help you to make your six pack abs and not only abs it will also help you to maintain your body as fit and will decrease your body fat percentage%.

Study says that when it come to burn belly fat then doing cardio is an great exercise to burn belly fat and which will also help you to make your abdominal muscle visible.

Another study shows that the more a person does cardio, the more his/her belly fat will be burned.

2. Train Your Abdominal Muscles


Training six packs is painful but this body part is the easiest part to build. If you keep doing your six packs exercise everyday you will definitely start to see an Amazing result your body makes. You have to be keep going on that way, it is a painful exercise but have some patience and keep doing it you will be amazed with it results.

3. Start Taking More Protien


Taking an protein shake before an exercise is an great practice, it will give you more energy, power and Boost which will help you to perform more cardio and you will not be tired so early. You can make a simple protien shake by adding Half glass of a milk and 2/3 bananas and if you have peanut butter then absolutely add it and half of water then blend it and this is your 6.3 gram of protein shake and do not forget to drink water after the cardio and exercises it will keep you hydrated.

4. Avoid Sweets And Cold Drinks


Eating candies and drinking sodas are good but doing over act of this can be dangerous as candy contains a lot of sugar which is not good for our health. Same with sodas they are good for drinking it gives us energy but when it comes to an exercise especially for six packs its very bad.This is my own experience of eating candies and sodas when i was doing six pack exercises and i didn't stop for eating candies and drinking sodas it makes my abs gone and i was starting to see an bad result so i stop drinking sodas and candies and now sometimes only i drink for energy and still very little.
